Activate
Human Potential
and Engagement
through Art
Fostering a more dynamic, adaptable, and engaged society by awakening individuals to their innate ability to find purpose and drive positive change through conscious presence and renewed wonder.
We encourage shifts in perspective beyond habitual limitations. Disengagement is a learned, not innate habit. We present profound artworks to help unlock clarity and innovative thinking that is then carried into everyday contexts. Inspired by art, people will activate their personal agency and act in positive ways.

Frequently Asked Questions
Art for all. We are in deeply in the process of setting up our inaugural festival event aimed at changing the way artists careers are supported.
Is Kairos a Museum or a Gallery?
Kairos is neither a museum nor a traditional gallery. We are a local non-profit organization dedicated to creating and documenting the Kairos Effect (Art, Transformation, Renewal). Our focus is on building sustainable programs that facilitate artistic experiences to inspire measurable, positive action in the world.
Why does Kairos need to document my personal stories (The Kairos Challenge)?
We are working to prove the existence of the Kairos Effect. Your personal story is a deeply valuable insight. It's not about making a public performance; it's about contributing to a collective archive of human potential. By documenting how your awe led to your action, you help us inspire others, validate our mission to future partners, and ensure that art's transformative power is never overlooked.
How do I get my art into a Kairos Kabinet?
The Kabinet operates on an Art Adoption model, designed to be stocked by the community, not by Kairos staff. If you are an artist who wishes to contribute, you can: 1) Place your original artwork directly into an existing Kabinet (provided there is space), or 2) Ship your small, original works to the Guild, and we will use them to create "starter inventory" for new Kabinets across the network. Further detailed instructions are on the Kabinet web page and inside each Kabinet.
What is the difference between art at the ArtsKairos Festival and in the Kairos Kabinet?
The ArtsKairos Festival is our high-impact, curated event designed to be a profound, shared experience. The Kairos Kabinet is our perpetual initiative—a small, local, free, and open art exchange placed in public buildings. The Festival creates a large moment of awe; the Kabinet creates small, accessible, daily moments of awe. Both are tools for the Awe to Action mission.
Are donations to the Kairos Guild tax-deductible?
No. While the Kairos Guild operates under the highest principles of fiscal responsibility and service, we are legally registered as a local Massachusetts nonprofit organization, not a public charity (501c3). Therefore, your financial contributions are an investment in our shared mission, not a tax-deductible donation. Our supporters are aligned with our purpose, regardless of typical charitable tax benefits.
